4th – Worship at 8 & 10:30 with Back Pack Blessing and Bible Receiving. There will be a surprise for you all too that you won't want to miss!
11th – Rally Day – Worship at 8 and 10:30, Small groups begin at 9:15. There will be a group for 6&7 graders and a group for 8-12 graders.
16th & 17th – Hunger Lock-in – 5:30PM, AGAPE and Rachel Kurtz Concert, Family Promise overnight with youth from other churches, and then off to the LCS Walk/Run on Saturday.
18th – Worship at 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. SPEW-God 6:30-8PM our first "Confirmation" class of the year. I am so excited about the stuff we are going to be digging into! This will be for youth from 9th -12th that have not yet been confirmed.
25th – Worship at 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. Free-Ride Application Due, SPEW-World Time TBD our first service project we will be (most likely) raking leaves on this day! A great way to give back to the people who continually support our mission and ministry as youth in this place! For ALL youth!
October
2nd – Worship 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. SPEW-God 6:30-8PM
4th – Christian Ed Meeting 7PM
9th – Worship at 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. SPEW-Friends (a great opportunity to bring friends!) for youth between 8th-12th grades. We will be doing some exciting stuff, and gaining some amazing tools that will help us build relationships!
16th – Worship at 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. SPEW-God 6:30-8PM
21st -23rd – Free-Ride! A synod youth retreat weekend for middle school youth to be held at NorthBay Retreat Center in North East, MD.
23rd – Worship 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. SPEW-World Time and service TBD, for ALL youth!
30th – Worship 8 & 10:30, Small groups for all ages 9:15. Wear RED for Reformation! SPEW- FUN time TBD This will be the first of our FUN events! Invite your friends! We will be looking for some kind of Corn Maze or Hay Ride or Bonfire! What do you guys want to do?!?!?! Email spew.youth@gmail.com and vote!
